This number is for lost items only.

As this is a self-service product, we do not offer phone-based customer support as a standard. 
Use of the self-service center is at your own responsibility and risk. 
This is also why there is a large red sign on the inside of the door reminding you to check that you have all personal belongings before leaving the room. 

However, we do understand that things can be forgotten. 
That said, we rarely receive phone calls and are not necessarily available between 05:30 and 23:00 / 365 days a year, regarding lost items.
If we do not answer immediately, it simply means that we are not available at the moment.

Please don’t panic — we will call or text you as soon as we see a missed call. 
You are also welcome to send us a SMS indicating which room you were in. 
It may also be possible for the next customer with a booking in your room to let you in. 

If you do not hear from us within a reasonable amount of time, our cleaning staff will take care of any forgotten items they find. 

After 7 years of operation, this has always been resolved🙂
